TELEMARKETING FREELANCER REQUIRED
posted on 25/5/2006We are the Invention Group, a "mini media group" of companies based in Bath that has been growing fast over the last 12 months or so. This group consists of:
Engino (www.engino.co.uk), provider of web-based technology to the not-for-profit sector. We are likely to expand our market to include the commercial sector in the near future.
Café Of Ideas (www.cafeofideas.com), creative design consultancy, and:
Invention Studios (www.invention.tv), "media theatre" - currently mostly a live venue but with plans to become, in effect, a web-based local TV station. We have a small but growing portfolio of video production work (a documentary to celebrate the 100th birthday of the Theatre Royal, for example) that will also form part of this brand.
We are looking for an individual, or individuals, to work with us generating high-quality sales appointments, primarily through telemarketing. This will be on a commission-only basis, but we tend to convert 1 in 2 meetings in to a sale, and we're offering a highly attractive commission on the income from any new clients over a number of years, so the right individual/s could do very well indeed.
If you're interested in taking things further, then we also see this as potentially the first step towards playing a key senior role on the sales/marketing/account management side of an exciting, fast-growing group of companies - an exceptional "in-on-the-ground" opportunity for the right entrepreneurial spirit.
Our team is somewhat male-heavy at the moment and as such we're positively discriminating towards women, particularly as the majority of the people we work for on the client side tend to be women - though strong male candidates will still be considered.
