PHP database

Im looking for somebody to create a php (or other web technology) code that has:
A database which has coloumns named 'product 1', 'product 2', 'product 3' etc.
Under each product name there will be loads of numbered codes.
I want to be able to import these from a text file or CSV file.
also i would like to be able more product
Finally, i need some code to add to a webpage that will access the product number coloumn and pick one of the numbers from that coloumn, display it in the webpage, and then delete that number off the database coloum.
E.G. Product 2: user enters webpage, user is shown a number from the product 2 coloumn - 12345, then this number is deleted....

I have basic knowledge of php and can see this isnt amazingly complex - but i dont have the time!
