Turkish Speaker required for website implementation

We have a website in English for which a Turkish version is required. The translation is already comepleted, however we require a native speaker to put the text into a Turkish version of the site.

Some small amount of translation will be needed (sentences, buttons, some links and image captions) but we require someone with HTML and javascript skills rather than a translator.
