PHP Programmer Required

London based Design Agency requires a Heavyweight PHP Programmer to carry out regular maintenance work on a few of our client websites. The successful applicant must have experience in Automated HTML/PDF email and mysql.
There may be more work available for the right person.
Please supply your hourly rate, samples of work and your current set up, eg. freelancing/work from home/location etc.
