Designer needed for asp.net websites

I have posted a project similar to this before but due to personal reasons I wasn't able to follow it up. I'm not posting again.
I need a designer who can work on asp.net websites, both asp.net 1.1 and 2.0.
I expect to be able to send you an asp.net solution in visual studio 2003/2005 and for you to add the necessary formatting to the asp.net solution. This means you must know about themes and skins and asp.net controls such as datalists and datagrids.
You will add formatting in html and css.
I have 2 initial projects both with limited budgets. One is for an ecommerce site selling hair products. The other is for a tv related site.
I could do the work myself but i don't enjoy this type of work so I would like to find someone who can do the design for all my projects. I am very competitively priced so I don't advise you to reply to this advert if you would charge more than £250 to design and format a website.
