Flash Illustrator needed for Educational CD-Roms

Friendly Oxford based production company requires Flash illustrators to create artwork based on sketches for an educational CD-Rom. As this is educational the budget is tight so we need people are fast enough to make it worth their while. Budget is roughly £5 per item. This would include 1 round of client feedback.
