Top PHP/Mysql Programmer Required

We URGENTLY require a very talented PHP/Mysql programmer to combine two well written PHP scripts to create the backend of a website similar to www.mediabakery.com.
Most required functionality is within the existing code although some additional programming is required. We also require a high spec front end in css/flash.
Must have experience of this kind of project and be able to start right away.
