Jobbing ASP/PHP programmer

We are a small design/new media company based in Islington N1. Looking for a freelance web programmer who can do bits and pieces on existing sites as well as helping take new projects from design to completion.
Strong knowledge of ASP and PHP is a must, as well as an understanding of the underlying server technologies. A grasp of Cold Fusion would be great but is not essential.
Most importantly we need people who can come to our offices to discuss a brief. Then either take the work away or stay and work on site. Either way, what we are NOT looking for is companies or people based in India/Singapore/back-of-beyond
