I have a specific project, I am trying to implement a form very similar to:

...using the modx cms, apparantly, this can be done using the following snippet:

...I just don't have the time to implement it.
I am looking for someone to quote based on a fixed price. There may be loads more work if I could build a good relationship with the right person, this would be a good starting project to meet the person.
