Project manager with experience needed.
Specifically as project manager will understand the project in all details. Liaise with me. Set up work blocks for the programmers. Put together a development plan with dates taking the project to its conclusion. We do have a time plan but you will need to make this yours.
There is an international need for this project and it currently does not exist. You will be an equity partner. The audience is clearly identified and can be contacted. The decomposition, Schema and registration flowchart have been done together with a wire frame diagram.
Generally your knowledge and experience will include:
A thorough understanding of Object Oriented PHP5.
3 tier application development.
An understanding of MySQL5 and the need to incorporate foreign key restraints at the scripting level.
An understanding of i18n and the need to conform to the Unicode standards at each level of the application.
A track record of successful project management.
An ability to work remotely, be part of a team and be self motivated.
The logic of the project has already been laid out using Dreamweaver in Html. This is not a working site. What should happen has been typed in and linked to the new page. When developed these will be dynamic pages. I have used this as oppose to a traditional site specification.
Please remember that this is a speculative project and therefore will not pay a contract rate and that you will need to have some spare time to participate.
We have already started which will be an advantage to you. And we plan to have the project complete in months
