URGENT - Giftwrap Modification

Hi there...
I need a php guru to work on www.bumblekids.com - the site is in need of a gift wrap modification. Each product will need to have an option for having the product giftwrapped. This could simply be a selection box. The giftwrapping statement would need to be attached to the item in the cart AND add price per wrap to the final price with a break down into the VAT.
Any ideas... just shout!
