Convert Designs into a CMS

I'm looking 1 or 2 developers that have worked with various Content Management systems who can implement designs in PSD format. There is a constant stream of work available for the right developer. More details on request. Please list urls or CMS's you have worked with previously along with your hr/day rates.
Only UK freelancers please and must be based in the South of England.
