Pegasus Opera I/16 Expert

We have to make Opera work with an external Order processing system
This will involve Opera Customers, Products and Sales Orders
Add/Amend Customers/Products/Orders in Opera
Ideally this will be done from custom programs running outside of Opera
We have the software development skills but lack the specific Opera 16 knowledge.
We need your assistance with understanding the relevant parts of the database structure and the inserts/updates required for the various processes. We will build the code.
We also have to create Sales analysis reports and again need help understanding where the database structure.
