Transfer Existing PHP / MySql website to another host

We currently have a database drive website.
It utilises a CMS system.

We need help in moving this site over to a new hosting company: http://www.clook.co.uk/
All the php files are on the new server.
Email accounts setup.
We just need help importing the existing MySql database??
And helping get set up.
Once set up, we would like to contine working with you to help us add any further functions.
Ideally based either in London or near Bath, Bradford on Avon. (But not essential)
If you could give us an idea of the setup cost?
