Letting Site
posted on 15/12/2006Our client lets/rents properties. We have deigned the site, we just need help with the back end database and admin system the client will use to upload. The site will run using php and sql
What we need is
Content Management System
Full administration section.
An easy to use administration system that can be accessed via any web browser.
Verified users will be able to add new users who can update the site, remove users and change passwords.
Information to be added:
Property location, postcode, property information, reference code, rental cost and photographs.
Information will need to be uploaded very simply with little or no training. The ability to choose if a property appears on the front page as property of the week.
Photographs will be resized automatically to fit the web page by the application.
An email form/link that customers can click to contact about a specific property with checking facility.
Search Engine
A powerful search engine that can search postcode. Postcode entered by administrator in full detail but searchable partially or fully i.e. SW1A 1DS OR SW1A
Also searchable by location, number of bedrooms, price, recently added or search for all. All this information will be entered by the administrator.
A quick search to be added to the font page that will search all the categories above and return the results.
All the returned results will be a preview of 6. If you want the full results you click and the full details are returned for that property.
