Linux - Occasional Help Required

We run our own linux server for our web sites and are looking for someone that we can call on for occasional queries (can you install this, why isn't this user able to run this command etc) and also to check on the general security of our machine. This is not a massive roll, we're just looking for an expert freelancer that is able to deal with small amounts of work and provide advice from time to time.
We're based in Gerrards Cross in Bucks and somebody local would be ideal, although will consider anybody.
