SharePoint 2003 - immediate work

I want to get up to speed on SharePoint Portal Server 2003,
as our company will be going down that route.
I am having problems installing it.
We are a small team of 4.
The site will not go into production but will only be used
internally.
I am looking for someone to do the following:
- Create a build of SharePoint Portal server 2003
on windows server 2003 on Microsoft Virtual PC 2004
- The windows 2003 server must have its active directory set up
- The installations must be full versions and not trial versions and as such
they will not run out in 28 or so days
- Obviously sql server and IIS will have to be installed as well as
they are required for SharePoint Portal server 2003 to run
- Microsoft virtual pc will create two files that I will need:
a ".vhd" file and a ".vmc" file.Once created I will want you to split these
files up as they will be big and put them somewhere I can download them.
This is probably a days work and as such I will pay £150 via paypal
3 days after I have received the files.
