Exchange Website
posted on 22/1/2007We require a website developer to build a database driven website.
The website is an ‘Exchange’ type website (similar to a Dating website eg. Match.com).
The following will be provided to you:
- HTML pages
- Jpegs of screen designs
- Use Cases
- We will also give you access to our server via FTP/SCP which you should use as a development area.
Required:
o SQL database
o Java Source
o Stylesheets
o Javascript files
o DDL to build database (DDL for the database already exists - you can use it or it can be changed if you feel the schema does not suit your purposes.)
o Struts, Hibernate property files
o The following HTML/JSP pages:
- Home page
- Register Standard page (with approx. 12 fields)
- Register Premium page (with approx 3 fields)
- Credit card Payment page (using Paypal)
- Login page
- Search page (with approx. 8 fields)
- Search Results page (with approx 6 values)
- Details page (with approx 9 values)
- Contact a member (facility must only be available to Premium Members)
- Signup for newsletter (approx 5 fields)
- Approx 8 static pages
o All options fields should be populated from database
o An admin area to allow non-technical staff to add/amend lists of options in database tables
o Header should be one single include file for all pages
