Award Winning Website Wanted
posted on 25/1/2007I have an idea for a fantastic website which will be innovative, very creative and a website that will definately win awards if it's done correctly.
However, I have yet to find a designer who can do it!
I have had several designers claim they can, but unfotunately none of them has even got as far as producing the first page, before they've realised they're out of their depth.
I have a budget of over £15,000, but I will require you to produce a 'mock up' to prove you have the skills to take on this project, before I commission you, or part with any money.
Whilst I am happy to pay staged payments throughout the project, payments will only be made on delivery of project targets agreed mutually between us. There will be no upfront payments
