PHP programmer

PHP programmer needed to work email tool attached to CMS user database. The email will be produced by the CMS in both html and text format. The tool must be able to track successful/received emails by IP address and detect whether the email has been forwarded on, among the usual bounced, opens etc. Optional attachment to emails must also be allowed. Please get in touch giving estimate on hourly charge.
