Car Dealer Website Installation

Two open source scripts have been found which are suitable for use on the website. Either script will need a bespoke template to be installed onto it.
There is already a photoshop visual for website designed and agreed.
What needs to be done is to convert the photoshop visuals into html/css templates that the open source website script/s can use.
This requires html/css skills as well as php programming skills to modify the existing templates and edit website copy in the existing open source script.
One open source script is designed specifically for auto dealers, one is for property agents, but both work in similar ways - that is can upload images with prices, which can be views by website users.
straight forward project for web designers who have cms templating knowledge and php/mysql knowledge.
If you are more familiar with any script that can do this project, that can be used alternatively. This is a Fixed Price Project Also.
