Web Designer Reqd.

I'm looking for somebody to produce designs for the websites I do as I am only a developer. The designs need to be designed to for a CMS so the menus must be expandable.
If you can only do graphics and not turn the design in to a functioning HTML page that's fine, but if you can that's a bonus and rates will reflect.
