Team Leader - Web Content Research

Role:
• Ground breaking UK Web Company requires a highly motivated team leader to head up our web content research team.
• As team leader you will be responsible for targets and performances of the team and individuals, and will produce weekly KPI reports to senior managers.
• You must be really passionate about research, a natural leader and someone who can drive, motivate and lead our research team to find the best consumer oriented content for desktop and mobile phone application across a number of areas including; technology, gambling, business, music, property, travel, sport, shopping, entertainment, media and more
• You will manage a dynamic team where you will be responsible for researching and assessing quality content, and where the content produced by your team will be viewed by a large scale global audience using the latest desktop and mobile phone technologies.
• You will also be responsible for recruiting and training new team members.
• You must have a good understanding of affiliate partnership revenue models, and will be responsible for managing current and future affiliate partnerships.
• You need to understand online advertising models, as well as search and RSS.
• You must be appreciative of varying consumer needs and be innovative to help deliver high quality consumer-orientated content that will revolutionise people’s online experience.
• You will work in a fun yet high pressure environment where and you will be expected to deliver high quality results to strict deadlines.
Skills:
• Minimum 2 years team leading experience, preferably in a similar environment, plus at least 2 years research experience.
• Educated to degree level
• Have the passion and drive to succeed in a competitive environment.
• Computer literate and have solid experience with MS Office and preferably experience with MS Project.
• Effective communicator with a good eye for detail.
• Team player that can work well under deadline pressures and deliver results on time and to the highest quality.

Salary:
The basic salary is £26-28k. We are also developing an attractive bonus scheme, and by delivering excellent quality and competitive results your earnings could progress significantly.
