Flash Genius/Tutor Required!

Do you know Flash inside out? Could you teach the core tools and techniques? Well if so, I would like to hear from you.
I'm looking for a freelance flash guy with excellent communication/teaching skills to make British video based training for flash.
I will provide the contents, mic etc. I just need you to record it and do the voiceover at the same time.
