Image Processing Application

APPLICATION OVERVIEW
The Image Processing Application function is to load digital images taken by the user and allow basic editing of the digital image (scale, x and y position within a templated area and rotation), the categorisation and titling of the
image and the final printing of the edited images on to pre-defined templates.
The application will need to be cross platform, i.e. able to run on Windows XP, Windows Vista, Mac OS X. It will also need to store the data and images in a local file structure and the data will probably be store in a XML (Extended Mark-up Language) file format.
