Flash AS2/3 modifications

I require a freelance flash developer to make some changes an existing flash system that I have been developing as a proof of concept. I have been told by my existing flash developers that these changes are not too time consuming, they however cannot continue with them as they are winding their business down, therefore I need someone to pick up the required work. This will involve Flash, Streaming, Playlist/Play order sorting, Meta Tag Editing, and a bespoke upload feature. In addition to this I would like to implement a new aspect to the system which will be discussed in person with the choice candidate. Experience of Flash, AS 2/3, Streaming and Postgres databases is a must; I need someone ASAP so please get in contact if you are interested.
