Looking for talented peep with skills:Html Css Javascript..

I have started my own website and now need to expand a little. However I cant do it alone.
I am looking for a highly talented, enthusiastic person/people to come on borad with me and give me a hand. Actually I hope you are better than I and fluent in the following:
Html Css Javascript Php5 Sql Apache
Also if you are a great designer and cool with photoshop that would be great as well! My site is fun and aimed at the youth market so its is important you have a touch of youthful cool exubernace about you.
pay and details of contract everything to be discussed later but I hope you may come on board and be a director one day if it all works well. The plan is to sell the site in a few years when its at its peak.
