Flash application to record and playback sound

posted on 25/6/2007

We are looking for:

A Flash designer / actionscript guru to produce a small Flash application, for distribution on CD-Rom.

The applications' main function will be to record the user speaking into a computer microphone, store the file locally, and then give the option to playback the recorded sound.

The aim of the application is to enhance a 'Learning Mandarin CD-Rom'. The user should be able to playback their recorded sentence, and compare it to a pre-recorded library sound.

We will need the Flash 8 source file once completed, so we can complete the rest of the application in house.

Future development may involve being abl e to use the application online..so the recorded file would need to be saved to a server, and then streamed back. But that part is dependent on the outcome of this initial development.

Please could you email your quotes to the supplied email address, along with time-scale and any other relevant information or suggestions.

No agencies please.
