Social Networking website

Im looking for someone to design a social community site but which is aimed
at the asian market. Users will be able to upload pictures, videos, talk via
voip, upload music etc.
There is some third party software called 'Ablespace' which I want to upload onto the website, so the website needs to be compatible with this software. The software is open source php.
I dont want to the site to look busy - I want it simple yet classy.
