Web 2.0 application developer needed

Wanted, to work closely with new business founders.
A smart, motivated, problem solving web apps developer to work closely with two entrepreneurs to develop prototype/v1 of our new web 2.0 website/app. We have the idea, plus commercial sector experience, and we now need the technical / design / development brains to complement us and get our idea built and live. Must be a fan of wiki principles and web 2.0 approach in general is essential. We prefer someone we can meet and work closely with so ideal location is Hampshire, Winchester, Southampton, Basingstoke, Portsmouth, Andover, Salisbury or at least able to travel. £££ by negotiation.
