Flash page to Php/html (ONLY UK BASED PLEASE)

I've recently launched a website www.flashculture.com, all the database stuff is called with Flash, but I would like ideally over time to convert it to be completely html/php.
So I want to start with the www.flashculture.com/business.htm section first. My question is how much to convert that page to php/html ? it has to look exactly the same and have the exact same functionality (i.e tabs/searchable/thumbs/send to a friend option), It would also be great if whoever was doing it could team me how it was beind one via email etc.
