Bulk conversion of DVDs to flash and tagging of content

Wanted: A person to convert and tag batches of DVD video to web friendly flash format (first batch is 10 DVDs, with more to follow). Our content provider in the US is providing DVDs of video content that we need to convert to web friendly flash video for streaming to web browsers. The content needs to be converted to a streaming flash format (exact format to be discussed) and we need it to be described with tags (e.g. genre, artist, date, subject keywords, etc – get creative).
