Flash Banner Creation Site

We are looking for a flash developer that really knows their stuff. For a short-term contract you will be developing an online tool that allows for the creation of exportable web banner templates for a non-technical or flash experienced user as part of a larger brief for a large blue-chip project.
Get in touch immediately for an idea of specification and to discuss a critical path. We will be particularly interested to hear your ideas on how to make this a real winning solution for this high profile client.
