Flash Spelling Game

posted on 30/7/2007

It’s a word game for 2-30 players to play on a projector in schools.

There is a pdf of how the game will work here: http://www.theadplain.com/freelance/game_storyboard.pdf

1. Teacher inputs how many kids are going to play.
2. Teacher inputs how many rounds are going to be played
3. This will generate a scoreboard where the teacher inputs all the kids names
4. The word generator page “play screen” then comes up
5. When play is clicked it picks a first and last letter aswell as how many letters the word should be (all randomly)
6. After 2 mins the timer runs out and we are taken to the score page
7. How many points kids get is not really important but each player will get a possible score of 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6
8. Teacher will work down the list inputing the scores for each child.
9. When completed we return to the “play screen” and keep doing this for as many rounds as chosen at the start.
10. When all the rounds are done the score page displays and the teacher can either play again with the same teams or quit.
