Social networking Site

Im looking for someone to design me a website, or tweak an existing template design for a social networking site aimed at the asian market. I want to incorporate the PHPizabi software in my website. I also have somewhere to host the site.
I would like a rough cost on how much this would be, as well as a logo.
Its the 3rd time Im posting and I have yet to find anyone so if you think you can help me, please contact me!
