Flash Actionscript Developer required

Advanced Flash Actionscript Developer required with a solid portfolio of work.

Skills required
OOP style practices
MTASC preferable
AS 2.0+
Experience with flash video
XML
Building of flash components for use in the Flash app
mysql/php/database integration

Preferably in south west of UK and will require initial face to face meeting before project commencement.
