FLASH DESIGNER/DEVELOPER NEEDED

I'm looking for an excellent Flash designer/developer to build a small flash website. I have on going flash & html projects, designs will generally be provided I just need you to animate them and bring them alive.
I'm looking for a UK professional, high standards both creatively and technically, eye for detail essential, reliable and someone that can hit the ground running without a great deal of direction.
That's right I'm looking for a FLASH guy, if you think your outstanding in flash, want to push the boundaries and work on award winning design work for high profile clients get in touch asap.
