I'm looking for an excellent web developer to build a small flash website. I have on going html/css, CMS projects, designs will generally be provided I just need build the sites to high/web standards.
I'm looking for a UK professional, high standards technically, eye for detail essential, reliable and someone that can hit the ground running without a great deal of direction.
