Flash Mini-Game Developer

Looking for a Flash Developer to design and code 9 quite simple flash games.
These games are already programmed in JAVA so simply need them porting over.
They will be going on the web so they need to be very lightweight, making use of known Action script optimisations.
The Flash games will be retrieving and saving data in a MySQL database. I also need the games to accept Flash Vars for personalisation and any content management that can be done.
