Ecommerce admin in .net 2

We require an admin panel for our ecommerce site. We have front end ready in .net 2 using mssql database. We haven't got time to develop an admin panel to manage our orders and website content.
We will require full source code. Design at this stage is irrelevant as we will design the admin to our needs.
Following items should be covered. This is not an exhaustive list but will provide you with a clear idea of what we are looking for.
Manage Content, Pages and left and right columns and footers.
Manage catalog, products, attributes, prices, specials, cross sells.
Manage shipping.
Manage currency.
Create reports.
Create Vouchers, manage vouchers and coupons.
Manage affiliates
Also more importantly we will have multiple merchants login into the admin to add their products and manage their orders etc...
There will be more information available to right programmers. This is an urgent matter and only people with 100% experienced in developing programmes in .net 2 and mssql should only apply with an estimate.
