Append data to PDF

I have a requirement to allow logged in users (so I know who they are) on a web site to download a pdf document. However I need the pdf document to contain an account number and username specific to each user that downloads the file. I therefore need someone to write me code in ASP that will take a users name and account number from a database, append it to the pdf and effectively build it on the fly, then make the encapsulated file available for download.
The file need not necessairly be a pdf in the first place but when download it must be in pdf format.
If anyone can help me with this tehn please let me know roughly what it might cost, or contact me for more details.
