web site for interior designer
posted on 20/11/2007This is a website for an interior designer. The concept is very simple, a series of galleries of images of previous work and a few pages for profile, contact and news stories.
The gallery function is envisaged as a Flash/xml item whereby the images can be updated simply by uploading new images to an ftp folder. Flash is being used because the client wants a slick ease in and ease out for the images.
The rest of the site is to be built using html but with a wordpress or blog style area for a news page.
The client is very specific about look and feel to the extent that he is supplying artwork (allbeit in Corel Draw....) so layout and design work is pretty much done.
Ideally this would be one person but conceivably the project could be divided into the flash part and the html/wordpress part.
