dynamic web2.0/Flash concept site development

requiring development of a 'viral' concept website in flash/web2.0 style. Site will allow posting of textual, text and/or image as well as video content for public viewing.
Viewing interface will be dynamic and/or zoom-able/scrollable with self modifying properties based on content (type and quantity).
Will also require a back-office/approval system.
We can provide in-house infrastructure and database design. We only require development of the website interface, design and content management.
