Online Live Music project

Hi there
I run a small live music company and I'm interested in working with an independent, individual freelance programmer to help take our website up a notch. I have a working knowledge of php and mysql and I have most of the design done, I mainly need someone to help speed up the implementation of the new ideas I want to include.
I don't have much of a budget for this though, so really I'm looking for an enthusiastic young programmer that loves going to gigs and wants to bolster their portfolio. As it develops over time the budget may improve, but if you like the sound of it and fancy getting plenty of free gigs then get in touch!
