Advanced CSS Coder

We urgently require top level CSS coders with good English communication skills to build front-end sites for a website template system.
You'd have to be at expert level in CSS, PHP, MYSQL, XML and also create XHTML compliant code. Design visuals will be supplied for each template but if you have a good design skills this will be a big advantage.
There are many front-end sites to be built so for the right person this could be an ongoing job paying per hour or per site.
