Java Deveoper needed

UK based (London or Midlands prefered) Java developer wanted for small, open source project. Need to develop a GUI front end (off back of mock ups / discussion) for new software project. Shouldn't take that long for someone who knows what they are doing (unlike myself who knows nothing about the practicalities of building a GUI in Java). More details after application. If you can show details of previous work, so much the better. Additionally must be willing to sign an NDA and abide to it. Some idea of costings would be good to ensure what you expect is what I can deliver (and vice versa).
Please note, preference will be given to people I can meet face to face, as opposed to agencies or offshore dev teams.
