freelance technical writer needed for onep.co.uk

posted on 31/1/2008

We need a technical writer (UK based) for a mobile internet service http://onep.co.uk; to write manual and web content. You would need to install the mobile service on your phone to be able understand it and to write about it and that only works in the UK. So it is essential that you live here and have a mobile with UK-SIM card :)

essential experience:
- familiarity with mobile internet, mobile phone and keywords like :
java, midlet, ui, mobile, gprs/edge/umts, data cost, price plans, email, premium sms, roaming, blackberry, push email, ...
- writing up from notes/pictures technical content
- my parents/grandparents should be able to pick it up on the one hand
- some techie/nerd would be pleased as well on the other hand (ok they will get a separate paragraph/chapter)

Please email me [andre at nohowe dot com] your availability and references (e.g. webpage with your profile and example work [user manual, technical web content,...]).

Looking forward to hear from you.

Thanks for your time,

Andre
