Web2.0/Ajax/Ruby wizard wanted for new music website

We are a startup with a big idea for a new music website and we need a smart skilled developer to create our live pilot. You’ll work closely with us to turn our spec into reality and you’ll bring some of your own magic to the design and workings as we go forward. We’re looking for an all-rounder who can develop the code, sort the DB, provide some decent look/design, get it live and provide initial sys admin on an open source platform.
We’d prefer if you’re based in London (or nearby) so we can get some time face to face at the start and at regular points through the project. (If you’re not nearby but you feel very strongly that this is not a problem – and you have GREAT reference sites - we’re still interested, drop us a line).
When you apply please provide some URLs of live and working examples of your work so we can take a look. Freelancers only please, no agencies.
