10 Simple Exercise Videos
posted on 18/2/2008I require 10 simple exercise videos demonstrating 10 specific abdominal workouts (to be detailed upon acceptance of project). The quality must be of a reasonable standard and a simple script to be followed for the audio/commentary.
These videos will be instructional style videos and must be professional, clear and performed by someone with a good physique (ie someone who actually DOES the typical exercises they are demonstrating)

The time frame is 1 week from acceptance to completion. The files must be saved as individual items.
