PHP Developer

We're looking for a talented php developer with a few years experience in object oriented php to join our small team based in Marlow (easy commute from maidenhead, london, reading, oxford).
About the work
==============
We're about to the start coding a brand new web app, based on the codeIgniter fork kohanaPHP (mvc framework). We're also using a bunch of really neat tech that you will hopefully have been wanting to use or have used before, including a slew of amazon web services (s3, ec2, sdb and sqs).
Have you got experience with...
* OO PHP5
* CodeIgniter or KohanaPHP (or other MVC frameworks?)
* jQuery (or other javascript libraries?)
* memcached
* pound
* Server admin (*bsd? *nix? perl?)
* AWS's
Ideally you'll tick a couple of those boxes really firmly and be comfortable getting to grips with a couple more.
Pay
=============
£150 - £200 a day for 3 months initially
